7- Remove the filler board/flexible sheet -stage (4).
8- Expansion joint filter (Backing rod and Pu sealant).
9- Acrylic Topcoat final

Supply and apply the approved quality liquid waterproofing Cementitious system for all wet areas:-
*Supply And Apply 2Coats Cementitious Waterproofing.

SAB® Crystal 410 concentrate and one more other supporting material.
• As preparation:
• Cleaning scope of work area properly.
• Spraying the outer side with water, the Property of this material it needs wet area to make the required strong interaction.
• Puncture the surface by making tiny holes, this will ensure perfect absorption.
• Cleaning these small holes and insures it dry; taking into consideration the whole area is still wet.

Supply and apply of approved quality system for pile head treatment and insulation 700 MM DIAMETER :-

1-Repair / Re profiling of all Pile Head with concrete.
2-Polymer-modified bituminous coating dressed
around the pile head and continuous or connected to
substructure waterproofing and chamber / angle fillet
considered in corners or edges of piles.

ROOF WATERPROOFING / SAB® PRO 111 (MEMBRANE) SYSTEM:
1-Execute slope corners (skirting) 20cm*20cm along with the barbate.
2-Execute a Cavity 1.5*1.5 cm, along with the barbate over the skirting.
3-One coat of bituminous primed surface.
4-One layer of Membrane APP 4mm thick 180 g/m2
5-screed of Ready Mix Concrete 40 – 120 mm 25/N300 kg/m3
6-Execute slope corners 20cm*20cm along with the barbate.
7-Removing the ridges, then fill them with a sponge.
8-Supply and apply 1.5x1.5 cm mastic over the sponge.

Concrete Smoothing

Supply & apply Protection Screed 50mm Thick - 250 OPC - per M²

Supply & Apply of the Liquid Silicone Waterproofing Coating per M²

One coat of cold Bituminous Primer
One layer 4mm thick SBS Membrane

Supply and apply of approved quality waterproofing system for all substructure concrete:
1 - One coats of cold Bituminous Primer
2 - Supply and apply two layers of waterproofing membrane SBS 4mm thick.
